Sad to say, but tomorrow evening may be the end of the season. Can't complain...it's been a record year. Will be over 700 gallons made by the end of the evening:) Match should light @ 5PM

The boil is on. Over 2400 gallons. Guess the trees aren't done, so neither are we!!

Season total - 582 gallons. Record season was 625 gallons. Got a good shot of hitting a record year. Hoping weather settles down and another boil next week Sunday!!

The trees seem to like this wet weather. We have gathered over 5500 gallons of sap towards tonight's boil. Hope for another 1500. Sugar house will be rocking after 5PM tonight. Friday night fun night!!
