Things have been quiet but there has been a lot happening behind the scenes. We’ve been working through permitting and approvals and are still hoping for a fall ground break.

Grading is about to begin on Avienda, a large multi-use development at the corner of Lyman and Powers Boulevard.

It was a long night, but we are excited to announce that Avienda received unanimous approval from the City Council Monday night of our rezoning and preliminary plat applications. This represents a significant milestone for the project as we proceed to the construction permitting phase and ultimately groundbreaking. Three years in the making, these approvals represent a collaborative effort between the development team, city staff and the residents of Chanhassen who came to our meetings and participated in the process.Thank you to all, and we look forward to helping make the vision of the community a reality!

The development team thanks both City staff and Planning Commission for their recommendation for approval of Avienda last night. This important step in the approval process represents the results of over two years of work with residents, staff and the development team to make this project a reality. We look forward to continuing our efforts through the final approvals and starting construction on this key component of Chanhassen’s Comprehensive Plan and community vision.

The team at Level 7 has been hard at work bringing Chanhassen a world-class development. We have made application for concept review of our new plan, and as you can see re-branded to reflect the owners new vision for the project.
