🌱 The Grove Community Garden is moving! 🌱

After years of growing food, friendships, and community, we’re relocating — and we need your help! Thanks to a generous family, we have a new spot to build a smaller garden and continue our mission, including growing food for those in need with Live Love Chandler.

We’re raising $4,487 to cover soil, lumber, irrigation, fencing & more. Every dollar helps us rebuild this beloved space! 💚

Important Announcement

We’re heartbroken to share that the Grove Community Garden will be closing its gates on August 1st.

Since 2011, this garden has been more than just a place to grow food — it’s been a space for building community, sharing knowledge, supporting local charities, and welcoming gardeners of all ages.

Started by a passionate group of volunteers, the garden grew to include 40 individual plots, a LiveLove donation garden, and over three dozen fruit trees and grapevines — all made possible with the support of the Grove Church.

As the church’s needs grow, the land will now be repurposed for new facilities serving the church and its associated college.

We’re actively searching for a new space where this incredible gardening community can continue to thrive.

If you know of any opportunities for community gardening in the Chandler/Gilbert area, please reach out — we’d love to hear from you.

What an amazing day with an amazing group! 🌿 This weekend’s workday at Grove Community Garden was a huge success. We fertilized our fruit trees, filled the basins with compost & mulch, and made progress cleaning up the shed and shared spaces. Huge thanks to everyone who joined and especially to our volunteers and those who brought snacks. Many even picked up tomatoes, peppers, and tomatillo plants to give their spring gardens a head start! Check out these group photos from the day!
