They are used to design and service stamp vending machines, to adjust stamp affixing machines, and for other purposes.

I'm looking for specialized stamp collectors who collect the US 1969 Christmas stamp ( Scott #1384 ), especially the 4 city precancel varieties ( Scott # 1384a ). I recently purchased a quantity of sheets, and wonder if anyone has interest in plate numbers, tagging varieties, etc. Thank you. John

1. TD 106 - blank test coil, TAGGED. These coils have line pairs !!

2016 SCV is $100 for line pairs and $25 for plain pairs, $150 for line strip of 6.

Your price for TD 106 is 1/3 of SCV.
2. TD 117 - first self-adhesive test stamp ( Weathervane ) in press sheets of 200 !!

These are amazingly fresh with no gum migration or discolored stamps.
All my press sheets are reinforced with small white self adhesive rectangular tabs.
I have both folded and unfolded press sheets available. There are always a few edge flaws.

Press sheet of 200 - folded and reinforced - 2016 SCV $ 750, your price is $ 100

Press sheet of 200 - unfolded and reinforced - SCV $ 750, your price is $ 100 + $ 20 postage

Pane of 50 - SCV $ 150, your price is $ 25
