We have Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County Homebuyer Applications available in store through Tuesday, June 16!

📣 Habitat Homebuyer Application Period is OPEN!!

The Habitat Homebuyer Program is a unique opportunity for families to build and buy their own homes. Our homes are sold through an affordable mortgage loan at a 0% interest rate to our Partner Families. Habitat ensures that the monthly mortgage payment, including property taxes and insurance, is no more than 30% of the homeowner’s gross monthly income at the time of sale.
