BANDANA QUILT INFORMATION!

I’m taking orders for 9-block (9-/block/patch example in images)

Pricing starts at $100

These quilts are made using bandanas, inner facing and light batting with and without dashing and borders (examples in images below)

Bass approx. measurements are 32”-36”X32”-36” adding sashing, borders and/or specialty backing fabrics increases pricing.

Each block is the full 12” of the bandana (nothing is cut off) minus 1/2” all the way around for seam allowances.

Here are just a few of the bandanas you can choose from:

Batman (no pictured)
The Joker (not pictured)
Spider-Man (not pictured)
A wide variety of colors
Florals (none pictured)
Mandalas (none pictured)

There are 3 Harry Potter ones (one pictured)

You can do all one type or switch them up... have a regular print bandana for a 9-patch back or solid fabric, minky backing is difficult to work with but can be used, a sateen (a **satin**) or a light flannel (light flannel ones have no batting in the middle)

A 50% deposit is required before I purchase and begin your project.

I can also add a 4th row to make them work on a twin bed.

I’m unsure if I will be doing any quilting this spring/summer/fall.

Lots of things have happened since November 2018.

The hubz and I down sized from our 4+ bedroom, huge yard and detached garage.

With all of our kids moving out we decided that the huge house wasn’t necessary. Plus we couldn’t keep paying for a home that the owners wouldn’t fix AND they wanted to go up on the rent without acknowledging that there were serious issues with the house even before we moved in 5 years ago...

Electrical issues, plumbing issues... serious plumbing issues... and general dilapidation. Hubz did his best to stay on top of the needed minor repairs... but after his heart attack and his stroke...

Our rent and household expenses not including food, household things... was over $1200... almost half of our income when I wasn’t working on quilt projects for clients.

I am however working on my “pet” project, Project Disabilities...

Still on winter hiatus. Headed across country in March. We aren’t sure how long we’ll be on the road. I have 2-3 quilts ...

Still on winter hiatus.

Headed across country in March. We aren’t sure how long we’ll be on the road.

I have 2-3 quilts I’d like create this summer for Christmas gifts.

If you are interested in any of the other crafts myself, “sister” and cousin will be creating let me know and I’ll film them for this channel... my cousin and I want to make wreaths and other home decor/holiday crafts in the hopes of building stock to sell on Etsy etc.

I have 3 orders for terra-cotta “gum ball” style candy dishes/terrariums/nick-nack/tchotchke items (photo is NOT my work it’s used as an examples.

FFQS is currently “closed” as we’re downsizing homes this season. I’ll be back in spring creating quilts and quilted projects!

Maybe I’ll post a video or two making Christmas quilted things.
