One of my little houses I have purchased is still receiving it's upgrades. Got new decking and new roof etc during nasty snow and ice. Now in sub zero temps, the guys are upgrading the exterior to OSB wrap, next will come in house wrap, new vinyl windows and doors. Little by little she will be like new and upgraded and ready for a new family.
