Hello!
I grew up on Clay St in Central Falls (1961-1981). Central Falls Provision kielbasa was frequently on the dinner table. I loved it!
About a week ago, I was feeling nostalgic and decided to have some kielbasa sent to me in Tiffin, Ohio, where I now live. I more than half expected to be disappointed. I expected that the recipe would have changed, that the distinctive "snap" of the sausage I remembered would have lessened, the texture would have changed.
I was wrong. Your kielbasa is as delicious as it was decades ago. Thank you for sticking with what works. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
