To purchase a beaded pen, you must claim it during the live by commenting ‘claim’ and the pen number. Claims are first come, first served. All beaded pens must be claimed during this live — no holds only to returning customers.

1. Claiming Items
• All beaded pens must be claimed during the live.
• To claim, comment “CLAIM” and the pen number and give me your initials.
• Claims are first come, first served based on timestamp.

2. Payment
• Go to my bio on TikTok there will be a link on Etsy.
• Click how many pens you got in the listing I will tell you how many pens you got like example: 3 beaded pens and 2 luxury pens.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your claim and being restricted from future lives.

3. No Holds or Swaps
• No holds unless stated during the live or your a returning customer.
• Please be sure before claiming — all sales are final.

4. Shipping
• Shipping will be free shipping if you order $50 or more with a gift.
• Orders will be shipped within ___ business days after payment is received.
• Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

5. Custom Orders
• Custom beaded pens will take some time so I can get the items I need for pens
• Turnaround time will be discussed during ordering.
