Unfortunately due to health reasons i will have not be at Olish's Farm Craft Fair on April 1st. Would like to encourage all my friends to visit Olish's farm this weekend and enjoy the craft fair. They have a full house and its always a great time. Hope to see you all in the near future

Keep this date in mind! April 1st. Freedom Wood Designs will once again be opening the spring at Olish Farms for their Spring Craft Fair! I'm really excited about this event as it is not only our first of the season but i have been busy creating new items. Everything i sell is handcrafted by me in my shop, not done with lasers or cnc's . scrollsaw art and wood turning is what i love doing and have been doing almost steadily since my retirement. A few sneak pictures of some of my new items below! Please join us April 1st and although i won't be there due to a prior commitment The craft fair is also open on April 2nd.

This Saturday Sept. 24th cmon on down to Olish Farms on Eastport-Manor Rd. Eastport! Freedom Wood Designs will be there! I have something for everyone and i am looking forward to doing my first show of the year. Plenty of wooden puzzles for the kids, handmade wooden plaques, Historical, military and movie pens. I look forward to seeing all my customers and if you aren't a customer cmon over and just say hello! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Due to an illness(pneumonia) Freedom Wood Designs will not for the first time in 20 years be at the Moriches Chamber of Commerce street fairs, tomorrow, June 12th. I truly look forward to this event and to seeing all my friends and neighbors from not only Center Moriches,but all our surrounding towns. The good lord willing i look forward to our fall festival and will be ready with new and exciting goods! Thanks to all my loyal customers and i hope you all have a great time in our small town tomorrow!

Good Afternoon Everyone! Just want to let you know that Freedom Wood Designs will be at Olish's Farm stand in Eastport once again for their pop-up craft event. just completed this set of pens in time for our Hero's that have served and are serving our country today. If you have a loved one, friend, serving these are the perfect gift. The date is Saturday, from 9-4 I look forward to see everyone there. I have many new plaques that i have been working on and many other items. Just a reminder that everything i sell was handcrafted by me in my tiny shop right here in Ctr. Moriches. I look forward to seeing you at Olish's !

It has been a long hard cold winter and finally we've had a few warm days so i can once again work in my shop. My first item of the new year was one of my favorite chocolates. notice the ends of the fountain pen, this id wood from the Ghirardelli chocolate factory in San Francisco, California. the wood was sourced from the1960 renovation. Although the factory has moved the original Ghirardelli chocolate factory was inducted into the National Registry of Historic Places in 1982

Its been a long time coming , what with covid and just this past summer my back injury i have been out of circulation, but Freedom Wood Designs is back and rarin to go. Look for me tomorrow in Front of Dr. John Gavencaks office during the Chamber's craft fair. Glad our Chamber has done it again. Below are a couple of my new pens that i will be showcasing. The firemans pen bottom piece are made from real fire hose and would make any fireman a great christmas gift. Lets not forget our Viet Nam Vets, in honor of these proud veterans i have made a pen with wood from Viet Nam. Come on down a say hello!

Everyone knows what happens on May 1st, 2021! Without a doubt the most watched and the most famous horse race of the year! i was fortunate enough to get some wood from the Turf Room bars at Churchill Downs as they were doing renovations. There maple, cherry and walnut bars. Great addition to your mancave or to even carry in your shirt. A must for every horse racing fan out there. They come complete with a COA DM me if interested.
