UPDATE: I need to update you guys on what's been going on. I dug into another project and was under the impression everything was under control and running fine. After speaking to a local, I checked our site, and saw we were running out of product. I was thought I'd get a head's up, but... Upon checking the accounts to see what we could order, we were clearly very, very short compared to what had sold. I see we had a couple legit refund issues, then I see the disputes for fraudulent charges... Not for a few straps or a VTX, these range from $152 to $1600+ with most being between $700-$800. That being said, it also appears that we have several legit orders which don't appear to be shipped. I'll be going through the backlog of orders and apologize for the experience some of you have had over the past couple months. Everything from communication to shipping to product selection has been unacceptable and I take responsibility for all of it.
Please bear with me while I get the fraud reconciled and understand that I'm going to have to research each address to see if it comes back associated to fraud. So far each case has come from one of 2 or 3 addresses but I need to stop the bleeding here. If you would like me to cancel a current order, please call me at (720) 770-0378. THAT is the BEST way to get ahold of me. After everything gets reconciled we'll have a better idea of where we stand with ordering and have some items on the way. Attached is a small taste of what I'm looking at right now.
