We get asked this ALL the time, so we figured it was time to fill you in on what’s happening in the parking lot next to Curate Mercantile Flagship in Centennial! 👏

First up… we are SO excited to welcome a brand-new traditional French bakery & café as our new neighbor! 🇫🇷🥐☕️

We don’t have an official opening date just yet, but we’ve gotten a peek inside and trust us… you are going to LOVE this place! 😍 They’re also planning a gorgeous patio out front with firepits, and we can already picture ourselves spending plenty of time there! 🔥☕️🥐

And then there’s the old Applebee’s space…

Kona Grill has taken over the space, and while it’s been sitting quiet for quite a while, we’ve started seeing activity there over the last couple of weeks! We’ve also heard that things may finally be getting underway with that project. 🙌

So now you know! 😉

We couldn’t be more excited about these new additions to our little corner at County Line Rd. & University Blvd. and can’t wait to welcome our new neighbors! ❤️

Stay tuned… because it looks like there’s some exciting growth happening right outside our front door! 🥐🔥🍽️
