🌼❄️ WELL… THERE’S BEEN A CHANGE OF PLANS! ❄️🌼

Mother Nature has apparently decided that Southern Indiana needed to be preheated this weekend. 🥵😂

With some of the hottest weather of the year headed our way, I’ve decided the safest place for me this weekend is inside—with the air conditioner running!

But there’s just one little problem…

I’ve already been busy making and packing all the goodies for this weekend’s markets. 😂

So, if I can’t bring Daisy Lou and Company to the market, I’m bringing the market to YOU!

Somewhere between “I have an idea” and “Look what I made!”… this happens. 😂

Things are finally getting back on track around Daisy Lou and Company and it feels GOOD. 🌼

My list is full — customer requests, restocking market favorites, new ideas I want to try, and preparations for everything coming up.

And if we're being completely accurate, there are probably about 47 ideas competing for first place in my brain at any given moment. 😁

One of my favorite things about this little business is that I never quite know what will inspire the next creation. Sometimes it's a customer request.

Sometimes it's an old book, a pretty bead, or something I stumble across and immediately think, Ohhhh… I could make something with that.
And now that I'm finally finding my rhythm again, I'm excited to see what comes next. 💛

So I'm curious…

Sometimes, we don't know we're making a difference until someone takes the time to tell us.

A kind word they remembered.

A conversation that made them feel welcome.

Something you did that made a difficult day a little easier.

A small kindness you gave without ever thinking about it again.

We spend so much time wondering if we're doing enough that we can forget something important:
We don't always get to see the ripples we create.

The smallest things can travel farther than we ever imagined. A little encouragement can become confidence.

Kindness can be carried into someone else's day. A moment that seemed ordinary to you can become something another person remembers for a very long time.

And sometimes, if we're lucky, one of those ripples finds its way back to us—and someone tells us.
So today, think about the person who made a difference in your week.

Maybe they already know.

Maybe they don't.
