The days have been flying by! I meant to thank Art-a-Fest and say I had such a great time. Because I worked a lot for this show, I am taking a little rest for now. I might catch up on a video game or two.

Also, here is a baby monarch caterpillar I found in my backyard! It was as big as my pinky nail 🐛

I have decided to take a step back from Etsy and sell my art on another platform. This was a hard decision, but there are many factors making it easier to leave. Fees to publish each listing, commissions per sale, zero organic traffic, listings overrun with AI products, the list goes on and on. It is making it hard to make my art affordable and visible, for that matter. Many other artists have raised these issues and are leaving for the same reason.

Although I will put my shop in vacation mode, I think it will be a permanent thing once I have found what I am looking for. Meanwhile, I am slowly adding more art to my store. Check it out 😁👇️

Two weeks in, and my Queen Bee piece at one of the gallery hops has SOLD!!

I really appreciate Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden and Iowa Artists for allowing me to showcase my art ❤️
