Sitting inside NewBo Market today, I am feeling reflective on what creating this business has meant to me. I have to share it with you all.

It’s fun to bring in retail, it’s a blast making products, and I love having services available that are here to help us heal inside and out.

YET…

I love the connections with our beautiful community. I love the openness and sharing. I love the customers who have been so vulnerable in confiding their hurt and trauma to me. Trusting me with their pain or happiness. Even if it’s a just a simple exchange, moreso when a person feels safe enough to dive deep into their grief, their fears, and their life experiences with me, they are all gifts. I have been fortunate enough to shed tears and share hugs with more new friends in this space than I can count. I am here for all of it.
