My uncle Kellis Berdoll left us on August 14th. He was the oldest of the 8 Berdoll siblings. The kindest he showed us over the years was incredible. Many summers were spent with cousins running from the Berdoll brothers homes where Del Valle High School now stands. Sharing because his story about pecans is very interesting. We have purchased thousands of inshell pecans from his orchards over the years. He always said, “Oh, Jennifer just pay me when you are not busy!”
He will be greatly missed!

Hard working teenagers!!!!!!! I love hard-working kids!!!!! When a truckload of pallets of Christmas tins came I called in the teenagers to help unload and organize!!! Then I talked them into unloading more pallets of fudge mix!! They worked hard then had some fun riding the pallet jack around!!!!

Things got a little nutty around Ms. Pearl this week! 🐿️🎶

On Wednesday,98.1 KVET & Bob Pickett t hid tickets to see Ella Langley at our giant squirrel, Ms. Pearl. Then last night, Lisa took 6 of the 9 grandkids to the concert!

From hiding tickets at Ms. Pearl to watching Ella Langley together… we’d say it was a pretty great week! ❤️
