07 yamaha grizzly 700 FI. Came in dead. Fluffy was running wild on it, it wasn't charging the battery and both rear axels were blown out. The full repair video is coming tomorrow.

It's a wrap on the Kohler ecv740 rebuild. 2365.6hr machine. From not running at all, massive oil leaks and severe oil consumption to purring like a kitten again. Thanks for following along on this repair!

Update on the 24.6hp kohler efi. Bare block yesterday and new crank seals, rotating assembly all in with heads and intake installed today. Cylinders came out nice on the hone. Plugging away! I can't wait to hear it roar back to life.

Personal project completed today. This 23hp vtwin is ready for my golf cart. Rocker arm bolts stripped out on #2 cylinder head and that's why it was sitting around as well as the pan gasket losing oil. Steel time inserts put in the heads to fix that. The whole engine received new seals, a deep cleaning, carburetor rebuilt, cylinder heads rebuilt, new coils new stator, heads and intake ported. It wasn't smoking and has high compression so pistons were left alone. I can't wait to get it installed and hear it run again. 9hp to 23hp should be interesting! :)

John deere 316 returned home today. Front tires were bald. New tires and valve stems installed. The machine had no brakes at all. Brakes adjusted and stops great now. Snow cab had multiple rips and gaps. Not sealing well, I fixed that up. Starter took multiple cranks to engage (grinding the flywheel). Cleaned up the starter nose from excess oil. Much better! Rear snow chain was in the cab. I put that back on for the customer. It was also not running the best. Digging around I found loose head bolts on both cylinders and spark plugs way out of gap. Also loose wires at the battery. Corrected that as well. I hope the customer feels safer and warmer while out doing snow now.
