Product was backordered nearly three months, but once it shipped it was delivered timely. Our fireplace pro didn’t have any issues installing it. The thermostat is a HUGE design flaw. HUGE. It’s clipped to the back of the blower rather than to the firebox so it doesn’t take good contact and won’t tell the blower to kick on or stay on. Finally folded up a big piece of aluminum foil and put between the thermostat and the firebox and that took care of it. Other than that the unit works great.

Fyre Direct came through with fulfilling the order before the holidays. With the high end of year demand Daniel came through with the Drolet 1500i. Used the stove during the recent cold spell and it works great. Stove shipped directly from the manufacturer worked out as expected. Highly recommend Fyre Direct.

It is hard to find an outdoor screen that is wildly made and is reasonably priced. We are very happy with our purchase since it looks expensive and has enough weight to it to be stable.

We love our new Drolet stove. Ordering was quick and easy and the customer service was great. Delivery was slow and a little convoluted due to some sort of this party shipping, but that wasn't Fyre Direct's fault, and they were helpful the whole time.
