These prices include two glitter choices and a name or decal. Any additional glitters, names, decals or designs may be an additional cost. If you're wondering about something not listed in this description feel free to ask and I will let you know if I can get it done. Policies:
For one tumbler, processing time is usually 1-2 weeks to complete(not including shipping if necessary). If you're wanting a rush order(complete in 3-5 days) it's an additional $20 to the order. Shipping is a flat rate of $10(sent via USPS) but you can choose a pick up option free if you live in/near/or willing to drive to the casa grande area for pick up. If needed, express shipping available at an additional cost. If the order is more than one tumbler these are all additional costs and longer time frames. When placing an order I will let you know the time frame of when I might be able to start. Depending on the amount of orders I have at the time, I will need to complete these orders before I'm able to start on yours. I will send a message when I'm able to start the order. This is when the 1-2 week processing time will begin. This is also when payment is due. I will send a request for payment by your choice of PayPal or zelle. These are the only payment options I accept. Once I've started the order I do NOT accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. I will replace an item if there is a problem with the order coming from my end. However I will not replace an item if it has been dropped, soaked in water, put in a microwave/freezer/dishwasher, left in a hot car or any other such situations. Every tumbler comes with an instruction card on how to care for it. The lids are not completely leak proof so they must be held upright to prevent this. Please handle your tumbler with care. If an order has been completed and you've chosen the pick up option I will hold for up to 2 months. I will contact you once more about your completed tumbler. After that I assume you're not wanting the tumbler anymore and I will either resale if possible or redo/reuse the cup for another order. Please understand that I am new to this craft and also human. I do make mistakes and have not mastered this new skill, but I will complete orders to the very best of my ability. Prices may be adjusted depending on the difficulty of the order, but most starting prices are set. Thank you for visiting my page!
