Something beautiful is blooming this summer...

I’m so excited to introduce Sweet Tea & Stems: A Southern Garden Social. an evening created for flower lovers and those who crave a slower paced evening.

Join us at the beautiful Pullen House for an intimate Southern garden social where we’ll gather around seasonal blooms, create a handcrafted floral arrangement to take home, enjoy a beautifully curated charcuterie spread by Raleigh Mobile Charcuterie Cart , sip sweet tea, and unwind with soft acoustic music as the sun begins to set.

This isn’t a floral workshop.

It’s an experience.

A chance to meet new friends, slow down, create something beautiful with your hands, and spend an evening surrounded by flowers.

Your ticket includes:
• A guided floral design experience
• Premium seasonal blooms to create and take home
• Curated charcuterie
• Sweet tea & seasonal refreshments

Before there was Harris & Co. Floral Bar, there was Grandma.

She spent more than 40 years designing flowers for our community through Judd’s Florist, teaching me that florals are never simply decoration, they’re a part of a family’s story. They witness beginnings, celebrations, homecomings, and the moments that are remembered long after the last bloom has faded.

Heritage & Heirloom is my love letter to her.
It’s also an ode to the generations who came before us. To our ancestors who gathered around tables with intention, welcomed guests with warmth, and found beauty in creating spaces where people felt seen, celebrated, and at home. There is something deeply rooted in our blood—a quiet understanding that hospitality is an act of love and that beauty has always been woven into our history.

This editorial wasn’t created to follow a trend. It was created to honor legacy.

To honor the strong women before us.

And to continue a story that began long before I was here.

Thank you to this incredible team of creatives for helping bring this vision to life. All beautiful and powerfully creative Black women. What we created together is more than an editorial…it is a reflection of heritage, legacy, and the enduring beauty of gathering with intention.

There are some floral designs that carry a little more of your heart…

June marks 5 years since losing my Grandma- the reason behind Harris & Co., and the recent loss of my Aunt Mickey & Aunt Geraldine. This past weekend our families honored their lives with love.

This pink and white casket spray was created in loving memory of my Great Aunt Geraldine. To be honest, I was so nervous because I wanted the flowers to represent her love of family and the rich memories that she leaves behind.

Thank you to my family for trusting me with such an important moment.

No filter needed…because regardless of the time or distance the love never changed, and never will. 💞

Honored to create florals for this intimate vow renewal in the beautiful setting of Greenfield Lake Park in Wilmington, NC. There’s something incredibly special about celebrating not just the beginning of a marriage, but the decision to keep choosing each other.

They’re about creating meaningful moments.

A few ways to make your floral investment go further:

As a florist, my goal is to never convince you to spend more than you need. It’s to help you to create a wedding that feels authentic to you. One that reflects your story, your priorities, and the people who matter most.

Because at the end of the day, flowers aren’t just decorations. They’re part of the memories you’ll carry long after the celebration is over.

Grounded meadows are having a moment, and I’m here for it 💜

There’s something so beautiful about florals that feel natural, intentional, and a little untamed. These designs create impact and allow natural beauty to shine, just like a wildflower.

Bonus: they’re one of my favorite ceremony pieces to repurpose into the reception.
