One last holiday pour today. Cutting it close (no pun intended) for these to be ready for Christmas. Soap makers may use different processes, but I use the cold process soap method and soap takes 4 weeks to cure.
Wanna know why cold process soap needs a 4-week cure? It's all about chemistry! During this time, excess water evaporates, making the bar harder and longer-lasting. Plus, the saponification process completes, ensuring a milder, gentler soap. Patience is key for the best lather!
