Create another incredible day! As I took this picture of this butterfly on this hanging planter, I thought about a metaphor and how it would apply to small businesses and/or any creative idea for that matter! How could I encourage everyone today? Here is my metaphor !Everything begins as an egg, a focused idea waiting for the right market condition to hatch. Once it hatches it enters into the “caterpillar” state. It starts its research and developing stage, building its foundational structure. To achieve true scale the business/idea enters the “chrysalis” stage, this period can be somewhat intense, sometimes uncomfortable, challenging and having to restructure. Finally, the business/idea emerges as a “butterfly “ it’s a soaring transformation, no longer crawling on the ground but soaring high and navigating with grace! Today think of where you started and how far you have progressed and transformed. Sending encouragement, kindness and support!
