Mindfully Made Malas Handmade meditation beads crafted with love and intention. A portion of all sales are donated to Wilmington 501(c) nonprofit Yoga Village.

Mandy Nicolau is a yoga instructor who graduated from The Wilmington Yoga Center in 2010. She has a passion for yoga that is contagious. Mandy has worked with all ages and believes that there is a yoga out there for every body. She is currently working on her 500hr certification. Mandy teaches yoga at a variety of locations in Wilmington and Carolina Beach. She leads tween yoga workshops monthly.

Mandy enjoys taking her yoga off the mat and sharing with the community. She has served as a volunteer yoga instructor to many organizations within the Wilmington community

I call this the mom mala. Every since I had my little love I have been drawn to fluorite. The properties are increased concentration, helps in decision making and keeps negative energy in check. I don’t know if it’s Mom brain or the digital age we live in but who doesn’t want more concentration? If only fluorite would do my house cleaning too 😂
