Fattoria Muia (meaning “Muia’s Farm” in Italian) is a family run, small batch producer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from the 87 olive trees on the family’s property. Mustards and other products are also produced onsite and can be purchased by contacting us.

The 2024 Olive Harvest is complete! Grazie Mille to all who joined us this year! The weather was absolutely perfect and the 25+ Washington based harvesters really enjoyed the sun! 1175lbs of olives and 24 gallons of liquid gold. 2024 Extra Virgin Olive Oil will be available in a few weeks.

The 2023 Olive Harvest is complete!

We had a fun and determined group of friends and family this year that weren’t deterred by the rain and enormous amount of olives. Seriously an amazing group!

We harvested 3528 lbs of olives (a Fattoria Muia record!) that yielded 178 liters (or 47 gallons) of extra virgin olive oil.

This year's high ratio of young green olives produced a deliciously smooth oil with a peppery finish and a dreamy emerald green color.

2023 FM EVOO is now available through Charlotte (contact via link to our website).
