FALL FEST 2023 VENDORS WANTED!

This year the Fall Fest will be on Saturday, October 21st in Carlton, MN. If you are interested in being a vendor at this year's Fall Fest please see the attached info and get your registration back to me.

We already have signed up the following booths:
* Scentsy

There is a $25 registration fee (cash, cashiers check, or company/personnel check) only. This payment should be written to Haunted Shack due upon sign up. This fee WILL BE REFUNDED if you show up for the event. NO SHOW NO REFUND.

Please call/text or email me to confirm that your company is not already being represented. If it is not, I will let you know and then you have 3 days to get me your information and fee.

Note:
This event is a kids day event and we will have treat stations that we hand out treats to kids 12 and under. Each kid 12 and under will have a bag and as they go around the haunt and there will be a treat station sign that they will stop at and get some sort of treat/candy.

- Question: What do I need to do in order to be a treat station?
* Answer: Please write on your registration paperwork that you would like to be a treat station.
Note: This could give you a chance to pull in more people to your booth. We will supply your booth with a treat station sign.

- Question: Will you provide the treats/candy?
* Answer: No, if you wish to participate you will need to provide your own candy. Please have enough for at least 300(+) kids

Looking for vendors for our 4th Annual Fall Fest on Saturday Oct 22nd.
We already have: Thirty One Bags, Scentsy, Pampered Chef spots filled.

We have a food vendor but if you have a specialty item I will consider (jellies, jams, candies, snacks, kettle corn items like that). Text or call to confirm.
Paperwork attached below. Fill out and send back to me either by messenger, text or email [email protected] to reserve spot then mail with refundable fee (if you show up) to confirm and seal your spot.

The annual Haunted-Ridge Fall Festival in Carlton will take place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 22nd of 2022. The location is 1781 County Road 1.
