Camellia's Sin Tea Parlor and Gift Shop

Camellia's Sin Tea Parlor and Gift Shop Camellia's Sin Tea Parlor and Gift Shop is the loving creation of Lin Jackman, who previously owned Lynnwood Herb Farm and Gift Shop.

Permanently closed.

Lin opened this beautiful Victorian parlor in November 2005. The shop quickly became a popular attraction among Carlisle residents and visitors, being voted BEST IN CUMBERLAND (2016/17) and CARLISLE (2014/15/16/17) and selected as a top Tea House by Tea Time Magazine. The delicious foods provided include fresh salads, homemade soups, scones with cream and lemon curd, both savory and sweet, sandwic

hes, mini-quiches and tarts, pastries and cakes. And of course so many choices of flavored black, green and white teas, to include a full selection of unique herbal/ Rooibus teas. The gift shop houses beautiful jewelry, wedding favors and gifts, china, Polish pottery, lovely shawls and clothing and many other accessories. Spending time here is a lovely way to spend an afternoon in Carlisle! Tea Factoid: Did you know that Camellia sinensus is the botanical name for the tea plant; hence, Camellia's "Sin" and did you also know, that all of the tea you drink comes from this one plant?
