Pick a Team. It’s. So. Important. Not just vendors. A team. People who have worked together. People who can trust each other. People who will RUN IN THE RAIN. People who will SPRINT FOR GLUE. People who will say, how can we HELP? People who will drop everything to help another vendor make YOUR DREAM COME TRUE.
Yesterday was a master class in teamwork. And these vendors need a huge shout out. Every single person on Rachel and Dave’s wedding team worked SO HARD and worked SO WELL together. It was beautiful chaos.
So when it’s time to choose, don’t just ask the price. Ask what they will do for you and what they will do for the team. Because that’s how perfection happens.

I mean, these people are ROCK SOLID. Tommy, I love ya man. Every single one of that team is accountable at every single second.
