We brought back some of your favorite flavors AND added new ones to the mix!

If you haven’t tried Lenka Bars yet, these aren’t your average little granola bars. They’re handmade in small batches in York County, Pennsylvania, and Lenka has been making them since 2006. The company started with founder Lenka Rasovsky making bars in her own home kitchen and has grown while keeping that small-batch, quality-focused approach. ❤️

Tonight I did something I don’t do nearly enough… I did something just for me. 🌿

Between the shop, nursing, kids, home, and the million little things that always need done, it’s really easy to put myself at the very bottom of the list.

Tonight I went to Exhale & Emerge at Energy Center Yoga & Wellness and spent 75 minutes doing absolutely nothing for anyone else. 😂

Grounding yoga, restorative poses, massage, warm stones, aromatherapy, herbal tea… and for once, nowhere else I needed to be and nothing else I needed to accomplish.

A huge thank you to Chandra at Energy Center and Meghan with Exhale Massage Therapy for putting together such a relaxing experience. 💚

Apparently I can take time for myself. Who knew? 😂🌿

I can’t wait to go back!!
