Cape May Honey Farm is a family operated apiary and store.We love what we do and we feel it is our responsibility to bring awareness and educate the public on the importance of beekeeping and pollination.We also want to teach our customers about the health properties of all hive products and how to use them in everyday diet.

Lavender Honey Lemonade 🍋🌿

There’s something about homemade lemonade that just feels like summer… especially when it’s sweetened with our raw Lavender Honey. Delicate floral notes, fresh lemon, and a touch of local honey come together for the perfect refreshing sip.

Recipe:
1. 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
2. 1/2 cup Cape May Honey Farm Lavender Honey (or more to taste)
3. 4 cups cold water
4. Ice
5. Lemon slices + fresh lavender for garnish (optional)

Whisk the lavender honey into the lemon juice until dissolved, add the cold water, stir well, pour over ice, and enjoy.
