Today I received an email from claiming that my own planter I designed 3+ years ago, in which I also 3D print and produce has been removed from their platform as they deem it to be “Counterfeit”

For those who are not Etsy Sellers, there is a section for us Sellers called the Report Portal. This portal is where we as sellers can store our legal documentation to prove we own our work and designs if available. Also in this portal, you can report other shop owners who have stolen your work to sell as their own.

In the last few years I have reported and successfully had Etsy remove MANY listings of other sellers stealing my work to sell as their own. Now, Etsy is trying to say that same product is not mine which is 100% false and can be proven in the backend of their own platform.

Soon, my Original Peachy Butt Planter© will no longer be sold on Etsy’s Marketplace due to them wrongfully removing my listing(s) and claiming they will suspend my shop if further are listed.

Unfortunately, this will drastically hurt Peachy Pilea as this is my best selling design and product in my shop and majority of my sales come from Etsy.
