🕗 Set-up begins: 8:00 AM — Check in when you arrive.

🚗 Unload, then park: Drive to your site, unload your items, then move your vehicle to the designated parking area (see map).

⏳ Set-up deadline: All vendor sites must be fully set up by 9:45 AM.

🎪 Popup Market hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM — Please do not pack up before 2:00 PM.

🧹 Tear-down: All sites must be cleared by 4:00 PM.

What’s a Vendor Booth? Read on!

We have spaces within the store designated for rent by the square foot, $2.50/sq ft. Just like an antique mall. Rent is month to month. It’s your own space to sell as you wish and you keep 100% of your sales. This is a great option for antique and vintage dealers, resellers of cool stuff, small businesses expanding into new markets, etc.

Pros: it’s like your own little store without the overhead. Set your own prices. Have a sale whenever you want, or never. Up to you! We track your sales and pay you at the end of every month. There is no long term commitment. If you want to duck out after a month, no worries! But I do recommend at least 3 months to really get a feel for the flow of sales.

Cons: it is entirely on you to decorate and set up your own booth. This needs to be done during our business hours of 10-5. Working on your booth outside those hours might be available on a case by case basis. You must price your items and mark anything not for sale as “NFS”. Your tags are your record of sales and will be returned to you at the end of the month. We do not want to call you to clarify or haggle prices. Read on about that…

Sometimes there’s this old school thinking that these types of stores are flexible pricing. No. No it’s not. Not here. Nobody’s got time for that. 😉 Things are priced as marked so please keep that in mind when making your tags. About tags…

I love a cute tag! Use some stamps, glitter pens, you do you. Just make sure it’s easy for staff to remove the tag without damaging the item.

Curious about consignment? Here are some frequently asked questions that may help!

What is consignment?
You bring in items to sell. I will tag them and put them out on the sales floor. When they sell, you’ll receive 50% of the sale price (I keep the other 50%).

When do I get my money?
At the end of the month, I sit down and tally up your sales and send out payments for the month. I very much prefer to send payments by Venmo! But if you don’t have that, I can leave a check here at the desk for you to pick up.

What can I bring in?
We accept all seasons of clothing at anytime. Someday, if space becomes an issue, that may have to change. But right now, we have no problem with space! Please only bring good condition items with no stains, holes, odors, etc. Home goods and decor is welcome as well. For example, antiques and vintage, wall art, flower pots, coffee mugs, lamps, like new rugs, etc. Large furniture most likely accepted as well but send me a pic before hauling it in just to be sure we’re on the same page.

How do I price things?
Well, I price things to sell. Not to collect, or dust for years. If you’re looking for top dollar for a $3,000 hand bag, for example - this is not the place. The vast majority of my items range from $3-30. That is the type of store that I like to shop in and what I’m building here as well. Attainable and realistic.

Will you help me value a piece or look up its “value”?
Maybe. If I think it’s interesting and really historic, I might. But not typically. I don’t have the time or honestly the interest in seeing what things are going for “on eBay”. I price things to sell and for us both to make some profit. If you bring in a vase you think is worth $200, that’s great but I’m going to put $25 on it. I sell things, I don’t store things. And not liking that is perfectly fine! You can try Facebook marketplace or higher end stores. Totally up to you! Just keeping it real. 🤷‍♀️

Do I need an appointment?
Nope! Drop things off anytime we are open. Just please be sure your name is attached to each box or bag that you bring in. I prefer boxes or bags. No totes or hangers please.
