Our upcoming Knit-Along Purl Fiction is kicking off June 20th! We are turning our needles into bookmarks and diving headfirst into the wonderful world of short stories.

Short stories are the perfect companion for makers. They give you a complete, satisfying narrative arc in the time it takes to finish a few repeats on your project. No multi-volume commitment required, just pure, literary comfort.

Sign-ups are officially live, and we are currently gathering author suggestions from our community to curate the ultimate reading list for this summer.

You all have knit some absolutely beautiful versions of the Miami Cuban Cap. 😍

Looking at finished objects is one of my favorite parts of our community, which is why I always encourage everyone to share their final pieces on Ravelry. Whenever you log your projects, it becomes such a valuable roadmap for other makers! It helps fellow knitters visualize the pattern in different colors, see how various yarns behave, and figure out exactly how the sizing and drape will look on a real person before they cast on.

It’s hard to believe the Brocadia Shawl pattern has been out for almost a year already! Time flies when you're knitting, but we couldn't let another week go by without bringing this favorite back into the spotlight. 🪵✨

Brocadia features knit motifs inspired by woven fabrics. Because it uses mosaic knitting, it looks incredibly intricate but is actually a breeze to knit (you only ever work with one color per row!). It's amusing fun for seasoned knitters and a fantastic, stress-free entry point for colorwork beginners.

Even better news? We just got a massive shipment of fresh colors from Feederbrook Farms that are absolutely perfect for this project. Mix a solid with a gradient or go for a crisp, two-tone contrast!

I’m thrilled to finally bring Sakura Fubuki back to center stage!🌸✨️ While our original special edition yarn flew off the shelves, it gave us the perfect opportunity to see how this pattern shines in one of my all-time favorites: Modern Deco Lace.

One of our incredibly talented sample knitters just finished this fresh version of Sakura Fubuki, and seeing it in our Modern Deco Lace has me completely swooning. The stitch definition they achieved is absolutely exquisite, perfectly capturing the delicate "cherry blossom shower" inspiration of the design. 🌸
