After 18 years of dedicated leadership, Canton Main Street is saying thank you and congratulations to our Executive Director, Dana Smith, as she announces her retirement.

Dana has been part of Canton Main Street since the very beginning, helping turn a vision into the thriving organization our community knows today. Through her guidance, passion, and tireless work behind the scenes, she has helped shape a downtown that brings people together, supports our local businesses, and fills Canton with pride.

From events and promotions to partnerships and growth, Dana’s impact can be seen all across our community. More importantly, she has led with heart, always putting Canton and its people first.

Dana, thank you for 18 incredible years. Your legacy will continue to be felt for years to come, and we are so grateful for everything you’ve done.

The 35th Annual Canton Cruise-In returns to downtown Canton this Friday, June 19 from 4–8 PM, bringing one of the community’s favorite summer traditions back to life.

Enjoy an evening filled with hundreds of classic cars, trucks, and motorcycles, live music, food vendors, family-friendly activities like inflatables and balloon art, and more. Downtown businesses will be open throughout the event, making it a perfect night to stroll, shop, and celebrate community spirit. Farmers Market + Live Music = the perfect Saturday morning in Downtown Canton!

Join us this Saturday at the Canton Farmer's Market and enjoy fresh local goods, downtown shopping, and live music in the Plaza from 10:00 a.m. to Noon featuring The Midnight Pickers!

Stroll the market, grab your favorites from local vendors, and soak in the sounds of live music right in the heart of downtown.

Afterward, stay awhile and enjoy lunch or explore our shops. It’s the kind of Saturday morning that just feels good.

Across the street today is Storytime in the Plaza at 10:00 AM, with special guests from the Canton Fire Department! Bring your kids for some locally grown and tasty products, and stay for some extra fun!!
