Could've made this event like 4 post, but eh too late.

A few weeks ago, we relocated our business a few buildings over from where we were. We're still on the Mountain, Canton, but in a much more accessible spot. Today, we just stress tested our new machinery, and things happened.

We confirmed that we can product 40 icecreams an hour, which is more than enough for us to profit. However, we spent a good hour on cleanup afterword, partly since we bought used equipment, though it's an easy fix.

We, unfortunately, won't be opening this month, and likely not next month either. There's still a lot of back-of-the-house work that needs to be done, which I'll make posts about as they happen.

I have added a display for the cotton candy, so now Hog and Duck customers don't need to wait for their cotton candy. I'll be revamping the store yet again to accommodate more displays.

After some hard work, me and my mom have finally gotten a TV into the store! We plan to have it display a profesional menu board, unlike the metal panel next to it.

The website is behind schedule, but there's something ahead of schedule. Pizza! Assuming our pizza oven arrives before next Friday, we'll be serving pizza this trade days!

The new ice cream machine has arrived! With this, I should be able to make ice cream far quicker, and better.

And the 4th and final flavor we'll have is Blue Macha. Blue Macha is advertised as an ancient blue food due, but also has a minor taste to it, and since my dad happened to have some, we gave it a go, and got some nice ice cream from it!

Our second flavor is the one most stores always have, and that is vanilla! So far, we have orange and vanilla ice cream ready to sell this trade days.

We've started producing the ice cream we will actually sell during trade days. This particular batch is orange ice cream. We got 3 more flavors we'll be making over the next few days. I'll post about those once I make them.

Starting work on my own chocolates to sell at Hog and Duck. Still a long way out, probebly won't get it done for a few months. We did get our ice cream recipe figured out, and will be selling ice cream ones for $5 each next trade days. I'll be working on the shop in the next few days, looking forward to that!
