This flower is grown from a bulb. The dirt nourishes that flower is around the bulb. The vase holds the dirt and then water that bulb to help it drink and grow. Think of the vase as your bodies outside, the dirt as your body's insides, the water as your blood and the bulb as the kidney.
Even though you may have all the components to grow a beautiful flower, you still need some nuerishment from some fresh dirt to keep your flower alive. Using the same dirt over and over again can hurt the flower and cause it to die.
Just like my kidneys, they need a fresh start with a new kidney.
