Simply Smashing is an established Downtown Campbell boutique of 15 years, curating approximately 1,000 square feet of distinctive apparel & adornments for women, from designers afar and local designers, alike. We are located in Historic Downtown Campbell, near well-traveled eateries and watering holes, as well as other boutiques, and our weekly farmers market is touted as one of the best in the Bay Area. Our boutique enjoys good natural light, LED lighting, heating/air conditioning, two dressing areas and a staff restroom. Your pop-up space comes equipped with a rolling rack and/or table - or can be sans these furnishings if you prefer. There is one private parking space designated for pop-up staff, and a free parking garage across the street. When you Pop-Up at Simply Smashing, we market your business/event in our email newsletter and through social media. And, if booked enough in advance, we will also post your Pop-Up on the Downtown Campbell website. We have a designated Pop-Up space of approximately 75 square feet inside the boutique, or you can opt to set up in front of the boutique beneath our sizable overhang. Pop-up tenants should supply your own POS system (Square, etc.), bags/boxes/tissue, and a staff person for your sales transactions. Should you wish to rent our pop-up space long term, staff requirements and rent amount can be adjusted accordingly. Our pop-up space is available Wedensday through Friday 12-7pm (Fridays are available later if needed), Saturdays 11-6, Sundays 11-5, and most Mondays & Tuesdays as negotiated. In the case of pop-up rental for trunk shows or shopping soirees, hours can be adjusted.
