Clear Spring Candles

Clear Spring Candles We specialize in crafting highly-scented, clean-burning container candles, as well as tarts.

More than 15 years ago, Scott and Lori Gilbert, along with Lori's mother, Mary Smith, started making candles, soaps and bath & body products for friends and family. People enjoyed their products -- and Scott, Lori and Mary enjoyed making them so much -- that they decided to turn their passion into a business. Clear Spring Candles & Soaps was launched as a limited liability company (LLC) in Februar

y, 2004, and quickly became a frequent presence at craft shows across central Pennsylvania. The business grew quickly through word-of-mouth advertising, with a steadily-growing loyal customer base consisting of individuals, businesses and other organizations across central Pennsylvania -- and beyond. In late 2011, the name of the business changed to Clear Spring Candles to reflect the company's shift in emphasis away from the regular production of soaps and bath & body products. However, many of those products are still available today by special order. Our candles are available for retail and wholesale purchase, fundraisers, and as wedding and shower favors.
