It’s nice to have an in-your-face reminder that the artist dominates the sound, and the instrument should do its best to show the details.

Yin Yang kindof pickup. Very clean and revealing. Clearly shows my sloppy attack and release, ringing of unmuted strings, general poor form, and lack of understanding of Filtertron pickups.
Very sensitive to pic stroke location, angle, string type; with a lot of bass from a bridge pickup.
Highlights the bennies of removable pickups. Lots to try out in life.
