Greetings all! Apologies for the longish post here, but lots to tell you...

Number one - I have another robotics competition to attend this Saturday, February 21st, so the shop will be CLOSED. Our team Elementary My Dear Botson #8461 is doing GREAT and we've advanced to the State qualifiers.

Number two, and the big one - I will be closing Picks-N-Sticks down at the end of the month. It's been a great ride, but it's time to move on. I want to give a heart-felt THANK YOU to everyone that has ever come into my humble store. I'll be here next week, but it'll be mostly packing and scrambling to hit my exit date, so if you need something better to get here earlier in the week so I can still sort you out.

A little good news to finish this up...I will be selling my inventory to another music store business that hopes to have its storefront open in Camdenton ASAP. I'll post a better introduction once all the details are settled.

Once again THANK YOU all for all the love and support. This area has been and continues to be full of amazing people. ❤️❤️

Greetings! It's that time again. I will be attending the national qualifier for the robots team I sponsor tomorrow - Saturday, February 7th - so the shop will be closed. HOWEVER...since the meet in at the Camdenton High School, I will be available for "appointments" during my normal business hours.

Please call me at 573-317-6467 if you need something tomorrow and I can come and meet you.

Greetings all! I sponsor a local youth robotics team, and they have a meeting tomorrow (and again on 1/24/26), so the shop will be CLOSED. Back on Tuesday.

Greetings! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, and is enjoying the cold! :)

Hey all! Quick dual use post for you...

I got some sweet, new bison leather straps in! They're gorgeous, supple and super sturdy. Made by the Lakota Indian tribe out in South Dakota. Come check 'em out.

I also wanted to let you know the shop will be closed tomorrow, Saturday the 9th. Got a family gathering I don't want to miss.

Hey Gang! A quick update from your old buddy at Picks-N-Sticks! It appears our digital masters at Google don't believe I exist (weird, because I swear I do), so they have disabled and removed my business listing. That means I no longer appear in their searches, and more importantly, on Maps. PLEASE help me out while I get this sorted, and tell all your friends I'm still here! Prove it for yourself and come see me!

That all said, I do want to let you know that the store will be closed on Thursday and Friday next week. I'm personally moving and need to spend a couple days carrying heavy stuff.
