We truly hate having to make this post, but it’s something that needs to be addressed.
Lately, we’ve seen an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. In the past, we’ve tried to be as understanding and flexible as possible—but unfortunately, it’s become a pattern that we can no longer overlook.
Please remember, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We often rearrange our schedules, take time away from our families, and even work 7 days a week to accommodate everyone. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time is lost and cannot be filled.
With that being said:
• A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations.
• No Call/No Shows will be required to pay a fee before booking again.
• A deposit will also be required for future appointments.
• Fees will be based on the service that was booked.
We completely understand that life happens—things come up, emergencies happen. All we ask is for communication. It truly makes all the difference.
