Dear Doctor Who Fans and Loyal Customers,
As we wrap up 2025 and look ahead to another year of celebrating all things Time Lord, we wanted to share a quick update from the heart of Who North America. For over two decades, Keith and Jany Bradbury have poured their passion into making this store a go-to haven for Whovians across the continent..
Like many small businesses, we've faced some unexpected hurdles recently. Back in 2024, a sudden sewer line collapse and a persistent roof leak forced us into urgent repairs, leaving us with around $60,000 in costs. This year, we tackled essential parking lot fixes that added another $13,000, which we covered through a home equity line on our personal home. Unfortunately, our bank has informed us they won't renew the line beyond May 2026, meaning we'll need to settle the remaining balance of about $58,000 by then.
We're committed to keeping the TARDIS doors open and bringing you the best Doctor Who gear without interruption. To help us navigate this, we're reaching out to our amazing community with a couple of simple ideas:

Donate unwanted Doctor Who items. If you have duplicates, gently used collectibles, or items gathering dust in your own time vortex, consider passing them along to us. We'll give them a new home and use the proceeds to support the store.
