We are feeling incredibly grateful today! Our wonderful neighbors, Tom and Robin Baird-Wexell, stopped into the shop and gave us the most amazing gift- a historic photograph of our two schoolhouses back when they were merged together. Holding a piece of the past in the very space where history happened is truly special. Its a beautiful reminder of the the roots beneath our feet and the community that surrounds us. Thank you so much to Tom and Robin for this beautiful treasure! It will hold a very proud place on our walls.

Stopped to forage quick this morning before opening shop hours and found these spring beauties! My basket is full of cleavers, dandelions, and violets. Dandelion oil will be infusing soon. These lovies will be used in soaps and salves for the shop. And for personal use syrups and wine. Its a stunning day for a country road trip-the sun is shining and less wind today! Our shop hours today are Sunday 12-4! Stop in and say hello. We love to visit!😊

The rain is drumming on the roof this morning and it finally felt like the right time to return to a painting I've been neglecting. I've been sitting with a quote from a recent class: "The cosmos is within us. We are made of starstuff." It's a powerful reminder that we are as much a part of the stars as we are the soil right now. It's just a beginning sketch and an underpainting-the very start of a story. I love this part of the journey, where the path isn't fully visible yet, but the creative process is beginning to unfold.❤
