An Inside Sales Representative will focus on sourcing new sales through inbound leads, working directly with customers to understand their needs, and creating rental contracts and sales.

Responsibilities:
^Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound cold calls and emails
^Understand customer needs and requirements
^Coordinate qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives to pinpoint certain sales strategies
^Close deals, assist with opening accounts, and be a single point of contact for all of a customer’s needs.
^Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in Rental Men

Requirements and Skills:
^Proven inside sales experience; Retail experience is a plus
^Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
^Experience working with a "CRM" is a plus
^Excellent verbal and written communications skills
^Strong listening and presentation skills
^Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Heavy Equipment Techs are responsible for the servicing of rental equipment. Preparing equipment for the next rental can include: general service, inspections, and preventive maintenances; on aerial, earthmoving, and general tools.

Experience with Diesel engines is required. Experience with aerial equipment and MEWP's is plus. Must have a valid drivers license.

Benefits includes Blue Cross & Blue Shield Health & Dental insurance. Rental Men has a 401K matching program, other benefits includes vacation, & sick time starting after 1yr of employment.

As a tech, you would be held responsible for routine maintenance and technical repairs on customer owned equipment and small engine equipment from the rental fleet. This position is a 40 hour a week job with overtime available. Benefits include Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance, dental insurance starting after 90 days. Seeking a Class A CDL driver that has experience moving equipment. Must be comfortable in One-Ton Hotshot and Tractor Trailer. Main tasks include loading/unloading and delivering heavy equipment. Other duties involved are assisting with cleanliness of equipment and perform minor service related tasks such as preventative maintenance work and visual inspection reports.
