Closing Speed: Items close rapidly—one item every 6 seconds—until everything is sold.
Pro Tip: Don't wait until the last second to bid. Enter your maximum bid early, and our system will automatically bid on your behalf up to your limit.

📦 Small Item Transfer Fees & Shipping
Can't make it to a specific location for pickup? Winnings can be transferred between Grand Rapids and Caledonia for a nominal fee. Take advantage of our low-cost transfer options for small items:
Caledonia ↔ Grand Rapids (ESW): $2.50 per item
Caledonia ↔ Potterville: $5.00 per item
Caledonia ↔ Saugatuck: $5.00 per item
Off-Site Estates → Caledonia Warehouse: $5.00 per item
Large Items: Transfer options are subject to sizing limitations. Please contact us directly to check availability before bidding.
Shipping: Shipping options are available from our Caledonia warehouse location.

Check Item Locations: Check item locations on your watchlist and invoice (Caledonia, GR, Potterville, etc.) before bidding and picking up.
Bring Your Own Help & Tools: Packing, lifting, and moving assistance is not provided. M37Auction staff are on-site to verify paperwork and direct traffic but cannot help load your purchases.
Bring Packing Supplies: You must bring your own boxes, packing paper, furniture blankets, and tie-down straps to safely secure your items.
