I accept payment through PayPal, Square invoicing, and FB Pay. If PayPal, I will only ship to the address PayPal has on file so make sure it's correct before you pay your invoice. If a in person sale I will accept cash!

2. I will only ship out when you tell me you're ready. Once you say to ship, I'll let you know what your shipping cost is for those items.

3. Every package will be sent via prio

rity mail, and will include insurance with tracking. The going rate is as follows: Small Flat rate $10, Medium Flat Rate $16, Large Flat Rate $20.

*I reuse as much as I can! Your package may very well come stuffed with stuff such as reused wrapping paper, scrap paper, old magazines, etc. In other words, it may not always be pretty but it will be sustainable! If you are having me ship to someone as a gift, just let me know so I can be sure it looks lovely.

4. At 48 hours you will get one reminder for payment. After that the item has to go back at a restocking fee of 20%, unless you and I talk first and we have agreed upon a later payment date. Some of these items are in high demand and will go to the next person in line if not paid for in a timely manner.

5. Pay-in-4 plan is only available on single pieces with a value of $80 or more, or orders over $150. Payment plans will be 25% of the retail price, due at the time of purchase and again every two weeks following. Late payments will result in suspension of Pay-in-4 option for future purchases. Only one Pay-in-4 plan at a time. (Think layaway).

6. Once you ask me to ship your items, You will then have 48 hours to pay your shipping balance before I refund your order less a 20% restocking fee.

7. I am willing to hold items depending on how much the items are worth and how long you're asking me to hold them for. Sometimes I may have store related bills due soon and just can't do it at that time.

9. If you claim an item during a live sale, but change your mind, I understand however if this becomes a regular occurrence (more than once in the month) I will have to charge a 20% restocking fee. Many times I forecast new inventory needs by live sales claims and often have reordered the item already by the end of the day, so this causes duplication in inventory when a item is claimed but not purchased (something I want to avoid).

10. I will personal shop for you! 50% is due upon order. Want a specific material in a sphere, tower, etc? I got you! But I also need the comitment so I don’t get stuck with a large piece that may not move quickly. Due to this reason, the down payment is due at the time I order.
