Your friend (not mine) was a hot mess for spirit week.

- Dress in your favorite Disney shirt- Maui “The hair, the body, your welcome” even wore his hair out, but refused to take off his hoodie, or do photos.

- Crazy Hair Day lasted two seconds. He was like absolutely NOT.

- Twin Day, I made him and JT matching shirts. He refused to take off his 4 layers for photos. My man had on an undershirt, Twin shirt, hoodie, and field trip shirt on.

- Pajama Day he looked good in his flannel shirt but the pictures he took. Goodness gracious. I can’t even put all of them up cause he will never forgive me.

- Dress as your favorite story character so I busted out his mouse costume. He pulled a lose string now it has a hole. We went to the post office, thank goodness he is so cute. Cause he wouldn’t stop hitting the bell.

I need a nap. Too exhausted to even proof read. However he had a blast which is all that matters!

We completed the Flint Energy Middle Georgia Mural Tour, last Sunday. We will be using it as Joey’s first project!

Every Sunday, Joey knows it’s family day. We hop in the Tesla and GO! 🚗

Also, a HUGE thank-you to everyone who has sent me postcards from across the USA and across the pond! You should have all received a card back hand signed by Joey. We didn’t get all 50 states, but I’m still plugging away at it behind the scenes. I have learned how valuable pivoting is while on this journey.

Joey’s RBT JT and teacher Niyla Brown have him doing so many things that I never even dreamed he could do.
It’s amazing to see how much he’s learning and growing. I couldn’t be more proud of him. Seeing him accomplish things that I once thought were out of reach for him, at a loss for words right now…

Yesterday, we attended and participated in a Trunk or Treat at Joey’s school. 🎃

I wanted to take a moment to THANK a part of his village Kandy Huffer, for donating a large black tote full of items that all the kids can enjoy. The smiles on the kids faces were amazing. Plus I got to decorate two cars (win win for me).

Kandy is the workshop leader at Lowe’s Kid Corner, and we look forward to seeing her once a month. She is so patient with us and understanding of Joey’s limits. We truly appreciate her and the time she takes to make these experiences enjoyable for Joey! ❤️
