We are now permanently closed.
Thank you to everyone who supported my little business over the last 19 months. It was a joy to share my love for houseplants with all of you and Iā€™m so grateful for all the friendships Iā€™ve gained.

Itā€™s my last week at the shopšŸ˜¢lots of emotions over here! Thank you to everyone who supported my small business over the last 19 months. It was an absolute dream of mine to have my own little plant shop. Please always remember to be intentional with supporting small, they need you most right now.

The rest of my inventory is 75% off. I have been at home with the new baby so Iā€™m not quite sure what all is left. Your best bet is to stop down and check it out!

*Old picture* but wanted to come on here and express my gratitude for everyone who sent me their well wishes or stopped by this weekend! I am blown away by the support Iā€™ve received and Iā€™m going to miss this community of plant lovers! I have really enjoyed the last year and a half of providing Butler with my little collection of plants and Iā€™m so grateful for all the kind words sent my way.

Also for those who have been asking for a baby update, still pregnant over here! Waiting patiently for little man to make his arrival. He will be getting evicted on Thursday if he decides to stay put!

With lots of thought and consideration, I have decided to close Bent Oak Plant Co. at the end of the month. I started this ā€œhobby turned businessā€ as an outlet for something I truly enjoy spending my time doing. We opened in June of 2020 at the rise of the pandemic, without hesitation, but unfortunately almost 2 years later we are still seeing the effects it has on small businesses. My husband and I are welcoming baby boy #3 any day now and have made this choice to best fit our family and lifestyle. I have truly enjoyed this endeavor as a business owner but Iā€™m ready to close this chapter and focus on my family.

With that being said, everything must go. I will be running sales through March 31st so keep an eye out for posts about that. If you have purchased or received a gift card for Blue Enchant-mint and intend on using it at Bent Oak, please be sure to stop in before the 31st to spend it.

Place on a window sill or in bright lighting. Youā€™ll want to water about every 4-6 weeks during the dormant period (winter) and about every 10-14 days during spring/summer/fall. Make sure the soil is completely drying out and youā€™re not over watering.
