Policies & Returns

We do NOT cancel orders after they are placed.

We only accept returns for store credit within 10 days of the day your order was delivered. No refunds.

We do have a 3-5 Business Day Turnaround & that is Monday -Friday often it is sooner than that but please allow this time.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, no makeup stains, and all tags still attached.

Upon arrival, if something is broken or damaged please contact us immediately. If you contact us after the initial day of delivery with a damaged item we will no longer accept responsibility. Please do not contact us weeks after having your item with damages.

Customer is responsible for shipping on exchange items.

Steps for Exchange

Send us a Facebook or text with your order number and what you would like to exchange.
We will reply and let you know if that order qualifies for.
