If you have been impacted by the floods, both the BCC Thrift Shop and the distribution center located in basement of Burns Christian Church have new rubber boots of various sizes.

Update on availability of assistance: we again will be available today from 10:00-2:00pm for assistance to anyone with needs. Items will be of no charge to those impacted/displaced by the floods! The American Red Cross Distribution Center next door at Burns Christian Church is also available for resources!

Following an unforeseen event, the evacuation levels have been revised since our earlier update this evening.

𝐔𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟑:
• Residences on Foley Rd from Burns to Windmill Ln,
• N Broadway (including Broadway Trailer Park),
• Stanclift Ln from Foley Rd to Eben Ray Ln

𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟑 (𝐆𝐨 𝐍𝐨𝐰): Residents should evacuate immediately. Danger to the area is current or imminent, and leaving now is the safest option. If you choose to ignore this advice, you must understand that emergency services may not be available to assist you further.

The situation is fluid and changing frequently, please stay vigilant and aware, especially if you live in the northern part of Burns.
