e for your sale. All sale items are appropriately and attractively displayed throughout the home. During the set-up of the sale, items are inspected, cleaned, displayed and priced. Our customers love the cleanliness and organization of our estate sales. We will provide display tables and locking cases for valuables. Post cleaning services are available, if necessary. Marketing and Advertising

Advertising and promotion of the sale include newspaper ads, website postings with photos, and e-mails to our subscribers. Bright professional signs are strategically posted throughout the sales neighborhood. Buyers have the option to pay cash or to charge their purchases. Fees may apply. We provide bags/boxes and will carefully wrap purchases to avoid breakage of sale items. Almost every client is surprised by our assessment of what “stuff” will sell. Potential buyers are welcomed into your home in an orderly fashion preventing accidents and breakage. A system is used to limit too many buyers in your home at one time. We provide friendly, trained staff members. Estate sales are held within the home. Sales days can range from Thursdays to Sundays

Normal hours of sales: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 9am-4pm, Sunday 9am-3pm. We customize your sale according to your specific needs!

It has come to my attention that someone is turning my signs around or taking them down. If you are coming east on Plank from Burlington it's the first road to your right just past the railroad tracks. West on Plank from Sycamore, Engel is on the left before you get to the railroad tracks. The house will be on the right just over the tracks.
If you're coming from Hampshire on 72 go left on Walker then right on Lenschow Rd then turn left on the first street, Engel (past the farm ). From Baseline headed east go all they way down to Engel and turn right. The house will be on your left just before the tracks. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
